The 28th annual Ray Anderson Memorial Bass Tournament is just around the corner, hosted at Sunset Bar & Grill. This year marks a significant milestone, celebrating nearly three decades of competitive fishing and community spirit. For the past 16 years, this tournament has proudly honored the legacy of its founder, Ray Anderson, who passionately brought anglers together.
As always, a 50/50 raffle will be held during the weigh-in at Sunset Bar & Grill. Every dollar raised makes a difference to local causes. In past years, the raffle has supported initiatives like the 'Walk to End Alzheimer’s' and the local lake association. For the past few years, donations benefited the Townsend Fire Department. Come cast a line, enjoy the camaraderie, and help support a great local cause.
